Prices Start from Only £299 + VAT
For a small additional fee you can also take advantage of the following services:
- EXCEL BASED REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN - Lawes Marsh will compile a 'Remedial
Action Plan' for you in Microsoft Excel format, which you will receive as a hard copy within the report and on a CD ROM.
The CD ROM enables you to load the plan onto your computer and, following some basic instructions, to interrogate the plan
and update it as progress is made. This is a very popular and useful facility and is available for only £50 extra.
- DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY - Digital photos of significant deficiencies are also
available and can prove to be very useful in illustrating particular risks. The photographs will also be linked to the 'Remedial
Action Plan' spreadsheet if that particular option is also chosen. The cost for digital photography is £50 extra.
- FIRE SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT - This will be Company
specific and will outline the organisations commitment to fire safety. The policy statement should be signed by the 'Responsible Person'
for the premises, brought to the attention of all staff and displayed in a prominent position. Cost of 'Fire Safety Policy Statement' is
£25 extra
- FIRE SAFETY RECORD KEEPING LOG BOOK - The log
book provides basic day to day fire safety management information and provides a useful facility for recording all routine
activity, such as testing of fire alarms, extinguishers, training etc. The log book is available free of charge upon request.
Please contact us to request your copy.
- LAWES MARSH FIRE SAFETY TRAINING - offers a whole range of
fire safety training courses, which can be specifically tailored to meet individual client needs. Normally, any specific fire safety

Typically for organisations with between 15 and 50 employees and premises up to 20,000 sq ft.
Most medium sized businesses already have some fire safety arrangements in place, such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms,
emergency lighting etc and may even have undertaken some basic fire training such as what to do in the event of fire.
The fire risk assessment process is aimed at ensuring all the fire risks for the premises have been identified and measures put
in place to adequately control and manage them on a day-to-day basis. Only by having a meaningful assessment
carried out can you be sure that you have suitable arrangements in place.
When we carry out your assessment a professionally trained fire safety Consultant will visit and conduct a full inspection of your
premises and review your arrangements with regard to fire safety management, record keeping and training etc. Within 10
working days you will receive the following:
- Comprehensive Risk Assessment report detailing any identified fire risks within the premises including
best practice advice on asset and property protection.
- Cost effective recommendations to eliminate, or manage the risks.
- Priority ratings allocated to aid completion of action points.
- Remedial action plan facility, so that you may update the report as recommendations are
implemented and provide a full audit trail facility.
Think you might already have adequate fire safety arrangements in place?
If you would like
confirmation then please read about fire safety audits.
